He is a sweet, lovable boy who is looking for a quiet adult only home or one with older, sensible teens.
Supporting One of Our Own: Help Roy!
Roy officially found his wonderful forever home back in July 2025. Sadly, an old leg injury from his past has recently started to catch up with him.
This old injury has progressively begun to affect his mobility, limiting his long walks and the things he can comfortably do. After multiple vet consultations and specialized X-rays, three separate vets have confirmed that Arthrodesis surgery (fusing the joint) is now the answer. Because this stems from a historic condition, insurance won't cover it, and the surgery is a massive expense coming in at £5,178.54
Making the decision to go ahead with this major surgery is incredibly tough, but his family is doing everything they can to choose the best path for Roy, putting his comfort and future first.
